For example I navigate to Video > Network Shares, and then when I try to click on Network Shares nothing happens. The for some reason after 10+ minutes I can click on Network Shares and everything is fine again.

I’ve had my Live HUB for about a week now & am so far pretty happy with it. Today I took delivery of a WD livewire kit to create a network with my PC. Everything worked fine out of the box, except network sharing. I have read a number of forum posts (& hunted around the net for other ideas), but no matter what I do, I still have the same problems. Worth pointing out at this stage that I’m The D-Link DNS-321 will create network shares via NFS or via SAMBA. If you hook it up to a *nix system it’ll use NFS. However, the WD TV Live doesn’t support NFS, so I’m pretty sure you’re actually connecting via SAMBA. ;) Only way to mount an NFS share to the Live is to install B-Rad’s firmware. I have a WD TV Live Streaming Media Player. There is a WD My Passport external hard drive attached to it via USB. Until last week, I could connect via my windows 10 network to the my passport and transfer files from my laptop directly to the My Passport that is attached to the WDTV. I have been able to do this for years.
